Congress Dates
The Congress will be held from Sunday, 22 May to Wednesday, 25 May 2011. The main Congress program will start on Monday, 23 May 2011. Refer to the Program at a Glance for an overview of activities.
How to Register
Online Registration
Online Registration is the quickest and easiest method of registration – click the button at the top of this page. Payment can either be made at the time of registering by credit card or at a later date upon receipt of invoice by EFT, cheque or credit card.
Manual Registration – Download Registration Form
If you do not wish to register online, you may download and print a Registration Form (click here) for completion. Please note a registration processing fee of $25 will apply. Payment may be made by credit card or cheque.
Return the Registration Form (with payment included) to the Congress Office – see address below.
Group Registration
If you wish to register more than one person at the same time, and receive one invoice for multiple registrations, please complete the online Group Registration Form.
